SSE Academy - Refund Policy

At SSE Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience for all our students. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund Policy below.


1. Course Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course or believe it does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of the original course purchase date.
  • You must not have completed more than 50% of the course.
  • The refund request must be submitted via email to our support team at academy@ssemultinational.com with your order details and reasons for the refund.

Once your refund request is processed, you will receive the refund within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.


2. No Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day refund period has passed, we are unable to provide any refunds for courses or services. By purchasing any course, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.


3. Special Offers and Discounts

Courses purchased with special offers, discounts, or promotional codes are subject to the same refund policy. However, if the refund request is made after the 30-day period or the course has been completed, no refund will be provided.


4. Subscription-Based Services

For subscription-based services, including access to a membership area or ongoing course access:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are available for the most recent billing cycle only if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the renewal date.
  • To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please contact us at academy@ssemultinational.com.


5. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as custom training programs or any other non-standard courses, may not be eligible for a refund. Details regarding refund eligibility for specific services will be outlined at the time of purchase.


6. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to academy@ssemultinational.com with your purchase details (order number, course name, etc.).
  2. Include a clear explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
  3. Submit your request within 30 days of the purchase date.

Our support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed according to our refund schedule.


7. Changes to the Refund Policy

SSE Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
